Es ist ein Ort mit viel positiver Energie, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer angenehmen Konzentration auf das Wesentliche. Das Kursangebot ist vielfältig. Die Stunden mit Charly leben von ihrer positiven Energie, einem stimmigen Aufbau, Abwechslung und Variantenreichtum sowie einer guten Anleitung. Ich gehe immer mit einem guten Gefühl nach einer guten Yogapraxis nach Hause.
